The progress dashboard receives aggregate counts from the approved Kobo project. It is designed not to expose records or identifying fields on public pages.
Field Hub access
The RA Field Hub requires sign-in with an authorised account. Email is used to check access and associate Sampling Set assignments with the authorised account.
Storage on your device
The website stores language preference, visit-checklist state, and training-check result locally in the browser for convenience. These can be removed by clearing the site’s browser data.
Feedback and field-support interest
Feedback and offers to support fieldwork are stored directly in the study database and can be viewed only by authorised operations managers. Do not include participant names or confidential health information in these forms.
Field activity log
The Field Hub records start, break, resume, and finish events under the authorised account. Location coordinates are captured only after the user presses an event button and grants location permission on the device.
Linked services
Links may take you to Kobo, Google Maps, training resources, or the university website. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.
Privacy or website questions
Email the study team through the official address without including confidential participant information.
